79 standard copies, quarter-bound in red leather with brown cloth, and a printed label on the front, plus 30 deluxe copies, which are as the standard, but housed in a brown cloth slipcase with a printed label on the front. 11 presentation copies, full-bound in brown leather, with a poppy in red and green leather inlays on the front, housed in a brown solander box lined in red material.
